Shipping policy
We process your order the same day you place it so that you receive it between 24 and 72 hours. From Monday to Thursday, for orders placed before 18h, and on Fridays until 14h. Outside these hours, the order will be processed the next working day.
All prices in EURO (+ Spanish VAT). We can also invoice orders without VAT, if you provide us with the intra-community VAT number.
Payment options
Payment by issuing an invoice:
Pay by bank transfer, after receiving the goods to one of our company accounts (for orthodontists, dentists and clinics).
In some particular cases, we reserve the right to send the order only after payment by bank transfer.
Payment by SEPA direct debit or direct debit:
In case of payment by SEPA direct debit (either from a private account or a business account), you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the account you specify.
To do so, please provide us with the IBAN number when placing your order.
Payment by credit card: (MasterCard, Visa, American Express):
Your card will be charged the total amount, including Spanish VAT, directly at the time of purchase in the online store.
Upon delivery you will receive an invoice for the complete purchase.
If some items cannot be shipped immediately, they will be delivered later with a delivery note (without renewal of the invoice).
If you have provided your European (intra-EU) tax identification number when ordering, VAT will be credited to your credit card after verification.
- Delivery is made by UPS/SEUR companies
- Free of charge for orders over 200,00 euros.
- The usual delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- If an item is not available in stock and has to be shipped at a later date, OrthoWay assumes the additional shipping costs.
