Warranty

In our store, each product is accompanied by a warranty, which confirms our commitment to the absence of manufacturing defects in the products. The warranty period of a product varies from 12 to 36 months, depending on the specific model.

We recommend that you check the product for completeness and freedom from defects at the time of receipt. The integrity of the product can be verified by its description or user manual. Please note that our warranty does not cover products that have been damaged during transport or misuse.

If you have placed an order on ortoway.shop and wish to return or exchange it, there is no problem. Just keep in mind the following:
  • You have 30 days to do so from the date of purchase (invoice date).
  • It is essential that the product and its packaging are not altered. For safety and health reasons, products with an open security seal cannot be returned.
  • The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the cause of the return is a defect in the product or a shipping error on our part. In this case, we will take care of the return shipping costs by sending you new material if you wish.

How to make a return?

After a short time you will receive a call from us confirming the return. To send the product back to us you can send it with your trusted carrier.
As soon as we have received the package and checked that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the return.

How to make an exchange?

Call us by phone 613994796, send us an e-mail ortho.europa@gmail.com or a Whatsapp message 613994796 specifying which product you want to exchange and for which one.

Shortly after you will receive a call from us confirming the exchange.
We will send you the new product and pick up the one you don't want.

Remember that:
You must protect the product properly for shipping. Bracket 360 will not be responsible for those returns, which, because they have not been properly packaged for shipping, arrive damaged at our warehouse. We recommend that you place the products in a box or envelope that serves as protective packaging to prevent the product or its box from being damaged in transit. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box or envelope in which we had sent it to you or an equivalent one.
